Georgia Mother Proves Need for Better Gun Control as Better Way to Save the Children -- Had to Shoot Home-Invader Five Times to Stop Him.·

            On Friday, January 4, 2013, a Georgia mother proved the need for better gun control as a better way to save the children because she had to shoot her .38 caliber revolver five times to stop him.  Advocates for better gun control argue that she should have been using a Smith & Wesson semi-automatic .45 caliber pistol.  

               Of course opponents of effective gun control in self-defense say she would have been better off to have been unarmed in order to better make a moral-high-ground, non-violence argument to the crowbar-wielding home-invader who broke into the closet where she and her children were hiding, in which case her and her children's closed-coffins funerals could have set a noble, self-sacrificing example of moral rectitude in having chosen not to resist the efforts of the home-invader seeking to redistribute some of their property to himself as a more needy person.   

In response to a traditional-media reporter's question asking her how she could have allowed her children to have been placed in danger for so many years by the mere presence of a loaded firearm in their home, she said, "The real danger was that even though my intellect remembered 'steady, aim, squeeze,' my adrenaline rush in being confronted with a crowbar-wielding home invader threatening me and my children made me 'point and pull' as fast as I could, which is why I needed to shoot six times to stop him -- now what was your question?"º¹
