Obama Sends Encrypted Email to Subordinates re IRS, Spying on Press, Benghazi, ObamaCare-- Issa 2 Dumb 2 Connect Alias or Secret Email DOTS.·

Fearless Leader, Barack Obama, sends an encrypted email message to all subordinates:

If you're able to read this encrypted message, it's because your mind has already been assimilated into the Collective at The Peoples Cube and has thereby become unable to reveal its content to anyone not already assimilated. All with unassimilated minds will only be able to view what will appear to be jumbled nonsense in its encrypted format. 

It's now safe to say that even though our enemies have stumbled upon some manifestations of our strategic plan "OTTUCRILATPA" (Operation To Target Unprogressive Conservative, Republican, Independent, Libertarian And Tea Party Activists), proof of its scope and magnitude [b]or[/b] that it was a top-down operation rather than the handiwork of "low-level, rogue and heretofore faceless bureaucrats" will remain beyond the grasp of our idiotic adversaries thanks to the brilliance of our email DOTS (Digital Opaqueness Through Soodoughnims). Email DOTS are serviced by Obama-Google. 

Now that your reading of the preceding, paragraph-long sentence has exhausted your mind, you can be confident that even if an unencrypted version of this were fall into the hands of an LIV, it would pose no danger to us because we know the LIVs lack the requisite attention-span to actually comprehend a sentence that long. That is, as always, our Ace in the Hole for keeping the LIVs voting to support us rather than the knuckle-dragging UCRILATPAs.

Now to the point. We can confidently report that with the sole excepton of "Richard Windsor <Windsor.Richard@epa.gov>" all of our DOTS remain completely secure from discovery by the knuckle-draggers on the House Oversight Committee searching in vain for normal-email evidence of our top-down commands for the IRS, EPA, OSHA and ObamaCare to target UCRILATPAs.
