The pundit named Frum ain't a bad guy-- he once was for Dubya a glad guy to author good speeches for Dubya beseeching the world to help us in fighting the bad guys. But soon after Frum had resigned as speech-writer helping design the message conveying how freedom we're saving, it seems he lost part of his mind.
It started when Frum chose to author a book on how Dubya had faltered to catch the attention of critics who'd mention a book by a Bush-bashing author. He knew he would best be remembered as "former" Bush aide who dismembered the unity forged by Bush, comma, George, soon after that awful September.
Of course, it's not fair to contend the book from beginning to end by Frum was designed that Bush be maligned 'cause some was for marketing spin. But nevertheless, it seems clear: Of viewpoints, to Frum the most dear perceive with disdain the folks who can't claim credentials as Ivy-League peers. And Frum seems determined to forge a new coalition disgorged from folks on the right with hopes to entice some libs whom the left may disgorge.
But folks on the right ain't impressed that lib'rals disgorged from the Left with Frum may consort 'cause still they'll resort to instincts to vote with the Left. In contrast, the folks on the right send centrists, not lib'rals, "invites" to join in opposing collectivists posing as healers of common folks' plight. But Frum, a rhetorical hot-shot, aims right more than left with his pot-shots intended for thwarting the right from consorting with Bigfoots or Yettis or Sasquats.
While Frum's misdirecting his pot-shots at Bigfoots and Yettis and Sasquats, political might of us on the right will prove we, not he, are the hot-shots. Our Bigfoots and Yettis and Sasquats are leading a movement by hop-scotch to leap-frog the ones supported by Frum for riding the elephant's top-spot. Though Frum thinks he's off'ring alternatives conservatives need for modernity, he fails to perceive the movement he'd lead would take us Frum hier to internity.
In contrast, America's Mayor, like Cheney on some things is gayer; but also like Dick, he's ready to kick some ass with conservative players. Moreover, he doesn't disdain the mayor, then Gov'nor, whose name and views resonate with what the Left hates: The Grand Old Tea Party's new name. Perhaps as you're reading these lines, you've noticed the rhythm and rhyme, and if you prefer the format for verse, scroll-down to the stanzas and lines.
